摘　　要：在电力零售市场放开的初期,各方面机制尚不健全,因信息不透明产生了诸多问题。在零售市场建立公开、有效的信息披露机制,成为保障零售市场有序发展的必要条件。综合电力与零售市场的特性,围绕信息披露的意义与目的,研究了电力零售市场信息披露体系的基本框架,探讨了市场主体基本信息、交易运营信息、监管评价信息,以及信用评价信息4类零售市场核心披露信息应具备的基本内容与相应的公开方式。在此基础上,结合中国现状,提出了建立集中式信息披露平台的建议,以期促进零售市场的健康发展。At the beginning phase of electricity retail market liberalization,there are many problems caused by non-transparent information under the unsound system.An open and effective information disclosure mechanism becomes the key to ensure an orderly growth of the electricity retail market.Combining the characteristics of electric power and retail market and based on the significance and purposes of information disclosure,the structure of information disclosure system is studied.The basic contents and disclosure methods that should be possessed by the four kinds of key disclosure information in the retail market,i.e.basic information for the market subject,transaction and operation information,supervision and evaluation information and credit rating information are discussed as well.Accordingly,combined with China＇s current situation,the suggestion of building a concentrated information disclosure system is proposed,in the hope of promoting the healthy development of retail market.
