议程设置功能理论视阈下拆迁安置型社区精神文明建设工作路径探析

摘　　要：在推进拆迁安置型社区精神文明建设的工作过程中,政府部门、社区党支部和委员会、新闻媒体机构作为行为主体要从认知层面效果、环境再构成传播理念和营造中长期社会效果上等三个方面发挥重要作用。结合实际情况和相关建设经验,加强工作载体建设,提高媒体宣传力度,运用新媒体进行针对性内容宣传,构建配套保障体系,从而真正使得社区精神文明建设工作取得实效。In the process of promoting the construction of spiritual civilization in the resettlement community, govern- ment departments, community party branches and committees, news media organizations, as the main actors, should play an important role in three aspects： cognitive ettect, environmental re-constitution of the communication concept and the cre- ation of medium- and long-term social effects. They should combine the actual situation and the related construction experi- ence, strengthen the construction of the work tan＇let, improve the media publicity, use the new media to can-y out the targe- ted content publicity, and build a supporting system, which really makes the community spiritual civilization construction work to obtain the actual ettect.
