“微时代”学生突发事件中高校保卫干部的有效应对策略

摘　　要："微时代"高校学生突发事件具有传播速度快、影响范围广、控制难度大等特点,增加了高校保卫干部应对难度。目前,高校保卫干部预防应急能力不足,缺乏应对知识和技能,善后恢复不到位,难以满足"微时代"高校学生突发事件应对需要。有必要结合"微时代"的特点采取完善的措施:建立网络舆情信息监督系统,完善预防应急机制;落实突发事件处理机制,重视舆情监测并引导舆论正面传播;同时还要规范网络负面信息,注重善后恢复。The ＂micro-era＂ student emergencies have the characteristics of fast spreading speed, wide range of influ- enee and difficult control, and increase the diffieulty of detending cadres in colleges and universities. At present, college de- tense cadres have insufficient preventive and emergency response capabilities, lack of knowledge and skills to respond, and reeovery is not in place. It is difficult to meet the needs of students in the ＂micro-era＂ emergency response. It is neeessary to take measures to improve the characteristics of the ＂micro-era＂ ： establish a network public opinion information supervi- sion system, improve the prevention and emergency response mechanism; implement the emergency response mechanism, pay attention to public opinion monitoring and guide the positive communication of public opinion, and at the same time reg- ulate the negative information of the network. Focus on reeovery.
