基于生产过程的综合实训项目在制药类专业中的研究与实践——以中药制药技术专业为例

摘　　要：以黑龙江省农业经济职业学校中药制药技术专业为例,通过对企业岗位群、职业技能、职业能力等调研分析,以及专业技能人才培养的短板分析,依据专业人才培养方案,设计以专业能力培养为核心、基于生产过程的综合实训项目,以服务地方产业为切入点,探究综合实训项目在制药类专业中的应用。Taking the phannaceutical technology specialty of the hospital in Heilongjiang Agricultural Economy Protes- sional College as an example, through the investigation and analysis of enterprise job groups, vocational skills and vocational abilities, and the shortcomings of protessional skills training, according to the training program of protessional talents, de- sign the training of protessional ability as the core, carry out the implementation and practice of the comprehensive training project based on the production process. To serve local industries as the entry point, explore the application of comprehen- sive training projects in phannaceutical specialties.
