摘 要:分析了由保毛脱毛回收的牛毛水解制备的蛋白复鞣剂(BHH)的氨基酸组成,测定了其各组成氨基酸对自由基的清除作用。考察了BHH对皮革Cr(Ⅵ)产生的抑制作用,对皮革的填充作用及对加脂剂在皮革内分布的影响。BHH中主要含有14种不同种类的氨基酸,半胱氨酸含量最高(18.83%)。半胱氨酸对羟自由基和ABTS自由基的清除率极高。将BHH用于复鞣,对皮革中Cr(Ⅲ)氧化成Cr(Ⅵ)具有显著的抑制作用。同时,BHH还对坯革具有良好的选择性填充作用,有利于加脂剂在革内的合理分布,减小部位差。Bovine hair hydrolysate (BHH) was prepared as a multi-functional retanning agent by hydrolysis of bovine hair recovered from hair-saving unhairing process. The amino acids composition of BHH was analyzed. The scavenging effects of amino acids existed in BHH on hydroxyl radical and ABTS radical were investigated. Then the effects of retanning with BHH on Cr( Ⅵ) prevention in leather, retanning/filling performance and distribution of fatliquors in leather were investigated. It is found that the content of cysteine (18. 83%) is the highest among 14 kinds of amino acids in BHH. Cysteine exhibits strong scavenging activity to hydroxyl radical and ABTS radical. Retanning with BHH could effectively inhibit the oxidation of Cr( Ⅲ ) into Cr(Ⅵ) in leather. Moreover, BHH exhibits satisfactory selective filling effect, which is beneficial to the reasonable distribution of fatliquors in leather and the reduction of section difference of leather.
