摘  要:对N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)在皮革生产中的使用、毒性、法规和标准的限量情况进行了总结和分析。结果表明:NMP是皮革涂饰化学品合成及涂饰工艺中性能优良的功能性助剂,但由于其生殖毒性危害,法规和标准对其限量要求呈现出越来越严格的趋势。我国市售皮革产品中NMP含量能满足出口要求,但应提高化学品风险防范意识,积极寻求环境友好的替代产品,以规避可能的绿色贸易壁垒问题,保证皮革产品的生态质量安全。The role of N-methyl-2- pyrrolidinone (NMP) in leather production, its toxicity and various limits by the regulations and standards were summarized and analyzed. It can be concluded that although NMP has superior performance as a functional additive in chemicals synthesis and leather finishing process, the tendency of regulations and standards restrict the content of NMP in products still become increasingly strict due to its reproductive toxicity. Chinese leather products can meets the requirement of international regulations and standards. While the potential chemical risks in the coming future should be realized and try to find environmental-friendly alternatives so as to cope with international green trade barrier risk and ensure leather products ecological quality safety.
