支付宝发展现状及问题分析——以大学生使用情况为例

摘　　要：目前,支付宝影响力大,用户规模不断提高,资金雄厚,并且创新意识很强。但是随着第三方支付平台迅猛发展,支付宝受到多方支付方式的竞争压力,在未来支付宝要如何发展是一个值得深思的问题。本文以发放网上问卷的形式,对一部分大学生展开调查,通过调查结果的数据统计来研究大学生的支付宝使用情况,同时分析支付宝目前存在的一些问题,并对这些问题提出相应对策建议。At present, Alipay has a large influence, increasing the scale of users, strong funds, and strong sense of innovation. However, with the rapid development of third-party payment platform, Alipay is under the pressure of multi-payment competition. How to develop Alipay in the future is a problem worth pondering. In the form of online questionnaire, this paper investigates some college students, studies the use of Alipay by statistics of the results of the survey, and analyzes some problems existing in Alipay at the same time. And put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to these problems.
