摘　　要：良好的职业道德是涉外秘书工作的重要基础之一,涉外秘书的职业道德水平的高低,不仅关系到自身形象与工作的成败,甚至还可能影响到一个单位甚至是国家民族的形象。涉外秘书应具备的职业道德主要有:知法守法、严守机密;善于合作;恪守信用,忠于职守;维护国家利益、民族尊严;尊重东西方文化差异。Good professional ethics is one of the important bases of foreign secretary work. The level of professional ethics of foreign secretary is not only related to the success or failure of its own image and work, but also may affect the image of a unit or even a nation. The professional ethics of the foreign secretary include ： know the law, obey the law, and strictly observe the secret; Good at cooperation; Keep good faith and good faith; Safeguarding national interests and national dignity; Respect cultural differences between east and west.
