摘　　要：2009年国务院发布《国务院关于进一步促进广西经济社会发展的若干意见》,"一省一岛一市"国家旅游综合改革试验区格局开始形成,桂林获得千载难逢的发展机遇。近年来,广西区政府为桂林发展提供政策支持,其核心在于如何将可持续发展与旅游业有机结合。in 2009, the State Council issued a number of suggestions on further promoting the economic and social development of Guangxi by the State Council. The pattern of national tourism comprehensive reform test area of ＂ one province one island one city ＂ began to form and Guilin gained a golden opportunity for development. In recent years,Guangxi Provincial Government has provided policy support for Guilin＇s development, the core of which is how to combine sustainable development with tourism.
