摘　　要：电子商务对于推进产业转型升级、转变经济增长方式、提升区域内产业集聚和激活区域经济活力具有重要意义。本文针对焦作产业结构和电商发展现状探析焦作市电子商务产业集聚化的发展对策。E-commerce plays an important role in promoting industrial transformation, transforming the mode of economic growth, promoting regional industrial cluster and activating regional economic vitality. Based on Jiaozuo ＇ s industrial structure and the current situation of the development of E-commerce industry, this paper probes into the development strategy of e-commerce industry cluster in Jiaozuo city.
