摘 要:本文研究从系统论出发,从适航规章入手对型号取证工作要求以及民机项目现有技术与管理体系的基础上,探讨构建既适应民机企业管理体制,又满足适航要求的管理模式。构建针对具体型号的适航取证团队,确保设计制造、项目管理、适航管理的协调与统一,保证申请方面向审查方是"一个声音",从而保证型号研制适航取证工作的有效推进。This paper starting from the system theory, based on models of airworthiness regulations from type Certification work requirements and civil aircraft project of existing technology and management system, construction management system can adapt to the civil enterprises, and meet the airworthiness requirements management mode.Construction of a specific model of the Type Certification team to ensure the coordination and unification of design,manufacturing, project management and airworthiness management, to ensure that the application is a " sound " to the review party, so as to ensure the effective promotion of the model development of airworthiness evidence.
