优质护理对小儿支气管肺炎疗效肺功能及舒适程度的影响评价

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理对小儿支气管肺炎疗效、肺功能及舒适程度的影响。方法选取2017年6月~2017年11月本科收治的82例小儿支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,以简单随机法将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上行优质护理干预,观察比较两组患儿护理效果、护理后肺功能各项指标以及患儿自住舒适度评分。结果观察组护理总有效率为92.68%明显高于对照组的75.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼出气体体积(FEV1)大于对照组,最高呼气流速(PEF)快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿主观舒适程度评分为(87.58±3.22)分,明显高于对照组的(74.34±3.28)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对小儿支气管肺炎患儿,行优质护理效果显著,可提高疗效,促进患儿肺功能恢复,且患儿舒适度较高,值得广泛推广。Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing on the efficacy, lung function and comfort of children with bronchopneumonia. Methods Eighty-two children with pediatric bronchopneumonia admitted between June 2017 and November 2017 were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 41 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing interventions. The observation group was trained on the basis of a high-quality nursing intervention in the control group. The effects of nursing, indexes of lung function after nursing, and children＇ s self-occupation comfort scores were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of observation in the observation group was 92.68%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （75.61%） （P〈0.05）. The vital capacity （FVC） and forced expiratory gas volume （FEV1） in the first second were higher in the observation group than in the control group. In the control group, the highest expiratory flowrate （PEF） was faster than that of the control group （P〈0.05）; the subjective comfort degree score of the observation group was （87.58±3.22） points, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （74.34±3.28）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For children with bronchopneumonia in children, the effect of quality nursing is significant, which can improve the curative effect, promote the recovery of lung function in children, and the child＇ s comfort is high, which is worthy of widespread promotion.
