摘 要:当前串联谐振逆变器的应用越来越广泛,试解决在串联谐振逆变器中频感应加热电源应用领域中其负载特性容易发生突变的问题,利用DSPTMS320F2812单片机进行负载电压电流实时性采集,缩短采样周期,并进行频率跟踪并锁相。在此过程中,相对于传统频率跟踪锁相,对中高频率感应加热电源负载突变这一现象实现了响应时间极短,提高了性能的稳定性保证了逆变器开关器件的正常工作并使得系统能够始终在稳定的功率因素下工作,提高了逆变器工作效率。与此同时,通过给定系统额定功率,用单片机处理,实现了系统自动移相,从而改变输出功率的目的。相对于传统移相控制,也大大缩短了其响应时间。The application of the current series resonant inverter is more and more extensive. This paper solves the problem that the load characteristic of the series resonant inverter power supply is easily mutated in the field of application of the intermediate frequency inductive heating power supply. And with the DSPTMS320 F2812 microcontroller to collect the load voltage and current in real time to shorten the sampling period and perform frequency tracking and phase locking. Compared to the traditional frequency tracking phase-locking,the phenomenon of load abrupt change in the medium-high frequency induction heating power supply achieves a very short response time,and the stability of the performance is improved to ensure the normal operation of the inverter switching device. The system can always work under a stable power factor and improve the inverter work efficiency. At the same time,through the given system rated power,with the single-chip microcomputer processing,the system automatically shifts the phase to achieve the purpose of changing the output power.Compared to traditional phase-shift control,the response time is also greatly reduced.
