摘　　要：从我国现阶段食品安全犯罪被害人保护的困境出发,在犯罪学理论的指导下,简要分析了食品安全犯罪中被害人的被害性因素和社会原因,并通过必要的分析与归纳,提出了打击与救济并举等食品安全犯罪被害人的保护对策。Crime of food industry is related to the national economic development. From the plight of the protection of the victims of food safety crime at the present stage and under the guidance of the theory of criminology,this paper briefly analyzes the victimization and social causes of the victims in the food safety crime. It put forward the measures to protect the victims of food safety crimes while combating food safety crime.
