城镇化背景下流动人口社区融合问题的社工介入——以湖南省长沙市五里牌社区为例

摘　　要：随着工业化、城镇化的快速发展,交通越来越便利,人口流动逐渐成为社会发展中的一个普遍现象。城市社区流动人口的增加带来了很多问题,其中流动人口的社区融合问题备受社会各界的关注。本文以五里牌社区为例,在针对流动人口社区融合问题的社工介入的实践基础上,探究社工介入流动人口社区融合的现状、社工介入流动人口社区融合存在效果不明显的问题,并从社区、流动人口本身、社工三个角度分析社工介入流动人口社区融合效果不明显问题产生的原因,并就此问题进行分析,提出一些相应的建议。With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, transportation is more and more convenient. Population mobility has become a common phenomenon in social development. The increase of floating population has brought a lot of problems, among which the community integration of floating population has been concerned by all walks of life. Taking Wuli brand community as an example, this paper explores the current situation of social worker intervention in floating population community integration on the basis of the practice of social worker involvement in floating population community integration, and the problem that social worker intervention in floating population community integration has no obvious effect. And from the community, floating population itself, social workers from the three angles of analysis The reason why the social worker intervention in the community integration of floating population is not obvious. And this question carries on the analysis, puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
