摘 要:目的建立消银散胶囊中胡薄荷酮和蛇床子素的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱:岛津Wondasil C_(18)-WR(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(60∶40),检测波长:300nm,流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1)。结果胡薄荷酮和蛇床子素分别在0.041 54~0.4154mg·ml^(-1)和0.003 552~0.035 52mg·ml^(-1)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,胡薄荷酮线性回归方程式为Y=979 954 X+15 164,r=0.9989(n=6);蛇床子素线性回归方程式为Y=3×107 X+552.13,r=1.000(n=6);胡薄荷酮平均回收率为100.29%,RSD为1.000%(n=6),蛇床子素平均回收率为100.01%,RSD为0.8%(n=6)。结论HPLC法可用于同时测定消银散中胡薄荷酮和蛇床子素的含量。Objective To establish a method for determination of pulegone and osthole in Xiaoyansan capsules using HPLC.Methods In the environment of HPLC,the column was Shimadzu Wondasil C18-WR(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),while the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(60∶40).The detection wavelength was 300 nm,and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.Results There was a good linear relationship with the peak area within the range of 0.041 54-0.4154 mg·ml-1 for pulegone and 0.003 552-0.035 52 mg·ml-1 for osthole.The linear regression equation was Y =979 954 X +15 164,r =0.9989(n =6)for pulegone,and Y =3×10^7 X +552.13,r =1.000(n =6)for osthole.The average recovery was 100.29%with an RSD of 1.0% for pulegone(n =6),and 100.01% for osthole with an RSD of 0.8%(n =6).Conclusion This HPLC method can be used for simultaneous determination of the contents of pulegone and osthole in Xiaoyansancapsules.
