摘　　要：目的分析军队医疗机构含苯酚制剂的品种,提出使用及配制期间的安全问题,进一步探讨可能的解决方法。方法统计2015年版《中国人民解放军医疗机构制剂规范》中所有含苯酚的制剂品种,查阅相关文献资料,分析可能存在的问题及原因,探讨解决的方法。结果含苯酚制剂在制剂品种重复,苯酚浓度超出规定浓度范围,苯酚的含量测定、疗效和用药安全性评价不足,对配制人员的职业危害等方面有待商榷。结论采取有效措施,在合理范围内控制苯酚的使用量,使军队医疗机构制剂更加安全有效。Objective To find out about the variety of phenol-containing preparations made or used in military medical institutions in order to identify risks to safety.Methods All varieties of phenol-containing preparations specified in the of 2015 edition of Standards for Preparations in Medical institutions of the Chinese People′s Liberation Army were statistically analyzed,related literature was reviewed,existing problems were identified and possible solutions were offered.Results Phenol-containing preparations were repeated in a variety of preparations,and the concentration of phenol exceeded the standard range.The content determination and efficacy and safety evaluation of this drug were insufficient,and the occupational hazards to the personnel were uncertain.Conclusion Effective measures should be taken to keep the use of phenol within a proper range and make the preparations used in military medical institutions safer and more effective.
