丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂联合孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎患儿采用丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂联合孟鲁司特钠治疗的效果进行分析和讨论。方法 68例研究对象均为成都军区总医院2016年5月至2017年6月接收的哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎患儿,根据治疗方式将其平均分为2组,对照组采用孟鲁司特钠治疗,治疗组采用丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果以及治疗前后支气管哮喘症状评分和过敏性鼻炎症状评分。结果对照组总有效率为76.47%,治疗组为94.12%,两组相比较差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患儿过敏性鼻炎症状评分和支气管哮喘症状评分无明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,治疗组过敏性鼻炎症状评分显著高于对照组,支气管哮喘症状评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂联合孟鲁司特钠应用于儿童哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎治疗,不仅可以改善患者哮喘症状,同时可提升患儿治疗效果,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of treatment of asthmatic children with allergic rhinitis with fixonase propionate nasal spray combined with montelukast sodium.Methods Sixty-eight patients treated due to asthma complicated with allergic rhinitis in our hospital between May 2016 and June 2017 were divided into two groups according to treatment methods：the control group treated with montelukast sodium alone and the study group treated with flixonase propionate nasal spray combined with montelukast sodium.The therapeutic effect and scores of symptoms were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total rate of efficacy was76.47%in the control group,compared with 94.12% in the study group,so the difference was of statistical significance（P 〈0.05）.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups of children in symptom scores（P 〉0.05）,but after treatment,the symptom score of allergic rhinitis in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,but that of bronchial asthma was significantly lower than in the control group,and the difference was significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of fixonase propionate nasal spray with montelukast sodium can be used in treatment of asthma in children with allergic rhinitis.It can not only alleviate symptoms of asthma,but also improve therapeutic effect in children.It is worthy of wide application.
