摘 要:为对气力推进艇用螺旋桨的选用及动力系统的匹配提供参考,需要了解气力推进艇用螺旋桨推力的影响因素。本文采用静态推力试验与理论分析相结合的方法,在构建气力推进艇螺旋桨静态推力测试系统的基础上,对两种类型的螺旋桨在不同参数条件下进行静态推力测试;分析螺旋桨转速、螺距角度、桨叶数对静态推力的影响。结果表明:安装角越大,螺旋桨推力越大,对应螺距角的推力随转速的增长速度变快;转速越高,推力上升越快;3桨叶推力大于2桨叶推力,但在低转速下差距不明显;在螺旋桨转速,桨叶数与螺距角都相同时,宽厚型螺旋桨推力特性优于窄薄型螺旋桨。In order to provide references for propeller selection and power system matching, it is necessary to understand the factors affecting propeller thrust. In this paper, a combination of static push test and theoretical analysis is adopted. On the basis of building a static thrust test system for airboat propeller, two types of propellers are tested under different parameters, and the effects of propeller speed, angle of pitch and number of blades on static thrust are analyzed. The results show that the greater the installation angle, the greater the propeller thrust, the faster the thrust of the pitch angle as the speed increases; the higher the speed, the faster the thrust rise; the thrust of the three blades is greater than the thrust of two blades, but the gap is not obvious at the low speed; at the same speed of propeller, the number of blades and pitch angles are all the same, the thrust characteristic of the wide type propeller is superior to the narrow type propeller.
