摘  要:随着电子技术的迅速发展,在测量技术上的需求也越来越大;本文就是以此为基础,旨在实现完成一个低功耗,低成本,可移动式的测量设备,主要实现对信号波形的采样与显示,以及对特定网络的频率特性进行简单的测量。本文在硬件上以STM32为处理器,采用7寸LCD屏幕作为波形还有数据的显示设备。在示波器功能上,采用STM32的ADC片内外设,具有12位的精度最大1MHz的采样频率;在频率特性测试功能上,扫频信号以DDS芯片AD9850为核心设计,作品设计的频率范围为10KHz到10MHz,该信号经过一个滤波网络后输出的信号再进行包络检波,以及适当的滤波处理后,由ADC采集波形,在屏幕上绘制其频率特性曲线。The demand for measurement technology measurement is increasing with the rapid development of electronic technology. Motivated by the demand, we aim at achieving complete a low-power, low-cost, portable measuring equipment, and achieve sampling and display of signal waveform. Simultaneously, we also analyze and frequency characteristics of a particular network. This project works on STM32 processor, 7-inch LCD screen as well as a display device showing waveform data. On the oscilloscope function, CPU based on the STM32's ADC has 12 of the largest precision 1 MHz sampling frequency; frequency characteristic testing, sweep signal generated by the AD9850, the system design frequency range of 10 KHz to 10 MHz, which signal through a filter network output signal envelope detector again, and the appropriate filter processing, the ADC acquisition waveform whose frequency characteristic curve drawn on the screen.
