地塞米松治疗混合痔术后创面水肿和疼痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨地塞米松在混合痔术后创面水肿和疼痛中的临床疗效。方法:将120例混合痔PPH术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,两组术后均常规采用静脉抗炎治疗3d,术后常规采用高锰酸钾温水坐浴,口服润肠、软便药物促进排便;术后从第1天起,观察组采用地塞米松10mg加入5%葡萄糖250ml中静滴,对照组采用10mg七叶皂苷钠加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml中静滴,1次/d。结果:观察组术后水肿和疼痛程度低于对照组,且起效快,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地塞米松控制混合痔术后水肿和疼痛的效果较好,起效快,能加速患者的康复和缩短住院时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To probe to the therapeutic efficacy on the postoperative edema and pain of mixed hemorrhoids by treatment with dexamethasone. Methods： 120 postoperative cases of Mixed hemorrhoids were randomized into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group. The two groups postoperative accept the same way with using potassium permanganate to Bathing,get same oral drug to promote Laxative. And the difference is treatment group was treated with Dexamethasone,10 mg dexamethasone dissolved in 250 ml 5% GS were given by intravenous drip once per day. The control group was treated with Sodium aescinate,10 mg Sodium aescinate dissolved in 250 ml 5% GS were given by intravenous drip once per day. Results： Less patients of edema and less pain and faster efficacy in the treatment group. Comparison of two group has significant deviation（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Dexamethasone has certain effect on lessening postoperative edema and pain of mixed hemorrhoid,reducing hospital stay and enhancing recovery after surgery.
