摘　　要：从调节免疫功能、调节内分泌、影响滑膜以及调控滑膜细胞各信号通路等方面就针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎的作用机制进行阐述,对该研究领域今后要注意的问题进行思考,并提出了意见和建议。The mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment for rheumatoid arthritis（RA） was illustrated from the aspects：regulating immunologic function; regulating internal secretion,affecting synovial membrane and regulating different signal channel of synovial cells,therefore,the problems in the research field which should be noticed in the future should be considered,and the related suggestions and advice were raised.
