小半夏加茯苓汤对顽固性梅尼埃病症状及DHI评分影响研究

摘　　要：目的观察小半夏加茯苓汤对顽固性梅尼埃病患者症状及眩晕残障程度评定量表(DHI)评分的影响。方法选取顽固性梅尼埃病患者75例,随机分为对照组37例及观察组38例,其中对照组患者使用西医常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上使用小半夏加茯苓汤治疗,2组患者均以1个月为个1疗程,共治疗3个疗程。观察2组治疗前后临床症状及DHI评分变化情况,评价2组临床疗效。结果经相应的治疗后,2组患者的症状积分及DHI评分中功能评分、情感评分及身体评分均较治疗前明显下降(P均<0.05),且观察组的症状积分及DHI各项评分均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小半夏加茯苓汤可明显改善顽固性梅尼埃病患者症状,降低DHI评分,具有良好疗效,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective It is to observe the effect of Small Banxia plus Fuling Decoction（ SBXFLD） on vertigo and DHI score in refractory Meniere＇s disease. Methods 75 patients with refractory Meniere＇s disease were randomly divided into control group（ 37 cases） and observation group（ 38 cases）. The patients was treated with routine Western medicine in the control group,and with SBXFLD on the basis of routine treatment in the observation group. 1 months as 1 courses,the 2 groups were treated with a total of 3 courses. Results After the treatment,the symptom scores and functional score,emotional score and physical score of DHI of the 2 groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment（ all P〈0. 05）,and the symptoms score and functional score,emotional score and physical score of DHI of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. the functional score,emotional score and physical score of DHI. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion SBXFLD can obviously improve the symptoms and DHI score of the patients with intractable Meniere＇s disease. It has good curative effect and is worth popularizing in clinic.
