外耳道成形术治疗复发性外耳道胆脂瘤8例的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨外耳道成形术在复发性外耳道胆脂瘤(EACC)中的疗效。方法回顾分析2013年1月~2016年12月在我科住院治疗并经病理确诊的8例EACC的临床资料。所纳入病例均为复发性EACC。所有患者均在显微镜下清除胆脂瘤,同时行外耳道成形术。结果所有病例均一次完成手术,术中彻底清除EACC并行外耳道成形术。术后患者耳部症状改善明显,恢复好,无复发。结论外耳道成形术治疗复发性EACC可获得满意疗效,值得推广。Objective To investigate the value of canaloplasty in the treatment of recurrent external auditory- canal cholestestoma（EACC）. Methods The clinical data of 8 cases with recurrent EACC from January 2013 to December 2016 were restrospectovely analyzed. The 8 cases were treated with cholesteatectomy and canaloplasty. Results All the 8 recurrent EACC have undergone the cholesteatectomy and canaloplasty. The advantages included its clinical improvement, quickly recovery and low postoperative recurrence rate. Conclusions Canaloplasty can effectively cure the reccurent EACC and is worthy to be popularized.
