摘  要:运用多种层析方法从海南紫海胆肠道链霉菌HDa2中寻找抗石斑鱼病原弧菌的活性分子。结果获得4个雷锁辛类脂化合物,分别为1,3-二羟基-5-十五烷基苯、1,3-二羟基-5-异十五烷基苯、1,3-二羟基-5-十六烷基苯和1,3-二羟基-5-异十六烷基苯,其中1,3-二羟基-5-异十五烷基苯和1,3-二羟基-5-异十六烷基苯在10 mg/m L时具有抑菌活性,1,3-二羟基-5-异十六烷基苯的活性最强。本文首次从海洋链霉菌中发现该类分子,并且发现其具有抗石斑鱼病原弧菌的活性。Four phenolic lipids derivatives were isolated from the fermentation of the A nthociclaris crassispina-associated Streptomyces sp.HDa2 by chromatographic methods, including 1,3-two hydroxyl-5-fifteen alkylbenzene, 1,3-two hydroxyl-5-ISO fifteen alkylbenzene, 1,3-two hydroxyl- 5 -sixteen alkylbenzene, 1,3-two hydroxy-5-ISO sixteen alkylbenzene. 1,3-two hydroxyl-5-ISO fifteen alkylbenzene and 1,3 -two hydroxyl-5-ISO sixteen alkylbenzene showed inhibitory activity against grouper Vibrio sp. at 10 mg/mL,in which 1,3-two hydroxyl-5-ISO sixteen alkylbenzene had the stronger activity.The anti-Vibrio sp.acitivity of these compounds from Streptomyces sp. were reported here for the first time.
