益气固脱方加减辅助治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨益气固脱方加减辅助治疗产后盆底功能性障碍的疗效。方法选取2015年1月至2017年6月我院确诊的62例产后盆底功能性障碍患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组给予电刺激-生物反馈疗法;在对照组的基础上,观察组给予益气固脱方加减治疗,两组疗程均为1个月。比较两组患者的疗效、脏器脱垂情况、治疗前、后生活质量评分及尿失禁改善情况。结果治疗1个月后,观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者UDI-6、ICF-Q-SF评分、漏尿量均下降,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗失败率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气固脱方加减辅助治疗产后盆底功能性障碍患者疗效确切,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Yiqi Gutuo decoction adjuvant therapy in patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods From January 2015 to June 2017, 61 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction diagnosed in our hospital were selected as research objects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was given electric stimulation-biofeedback therapy, the observation group was treated with Yiqi Gutuo decoction on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated for one month. The treatment effects, pelvic organ prolapse, quality of life scores before and after treatment and the improvement of uroclepsia were compared between the two groups. Results After one month treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the UDI-6, ICF-Q-SF scores, amount of urinary leakage in the two groups decreased, those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The treatment failure rate in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified Yiqi Gutuo decoction adjuvant therapy in patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction has curative effect, which can improve the quality of life, and is worthy of clinical application.
