优质护理结合脊柱操对强直性脊柱炎患者的护理效果

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理结合脊柱操对强直性脊柱炎的护理效果。方法选取我院2015年6月至2017年6月收治的强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者100例,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用优质护理结合脊柱操护理。对两组患者的护理效果和实验室指标C反应蛋白(CRP)及血沉(ESR)进行观察和比较。结果观察组护理总有效率为92.00%,显著高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组和对照组的CRP和ESR水平均显著低于护理前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理结合脊柱操对强直性脊柱炎有积极作用,值得临床推广实践。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of high quality nursing combined with spinal exercises in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis（AS）. Methods A total of 100 patients with AS treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was given high quality nursing combined with spinal exercises on the base of the control group. The nursing effects and the levels of laboratory indexes [C reactive protein（CRP） and erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）] of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total nursing effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%, which was significantly higher than 76.00% of the control group（P〈0.05）.After nursing, the levels of CRP and ESR in the two groups were all significantly lower than those before nursing（P〈0.05）,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing combined with spinal exercises in the nursing of AS has a positive effect. It is worthy promoting in clinical practice.
