摘　　要：疾病诊断相关分组(DRGs)在我国医疗管理领域应用逐渐广泛。通过解析我国临床专科的评价背景及以往评价方法的缺点和不足,简介应用DRGs评价临床专科的方法及基础条件,可为我国临床专科评价方法的改进与完善提供参考思路。The diagnosis related groups（DRGs） is widely used in the field of medical management in China. In order to provides a reference idea for improving the evaluation methods of clinical specialty, this paper analyzed the background of clinical specialty in China and the shortcomings of previous evaluation methods, introduced the methods and basic conditions of applying DRGs to evaluate clinical specialty.
