摘　　要：为了消除比例电磁阀动态特性中出现的滞环现象,提出了一种基于新型控制芯片TLE7242G的比例电磁阀的驱动方案.该方案是通过TLE7242G的颤振信号发生器模块,在比例电磁阀驱动信号中叠加一定频率的颤振信号,并将其应用于大功率AT湿式换挡离合器控制中.试验结果表明,该方法有效减小了滞环现象,改善了比例电磁阀的动态响应性能,满足了优化控制的要求.Based on the new control chip TLE7242G, a new method to drive the proportional solenoid valve is proposed in order to eliminate the hysteresis phenomenon in the dynamic characteristics of proportional solenoid valve.
