摘　　要：为解决特种车辆多个复杂机电系统的状态监控和维修保障需求,提出了一种特种车辆机电系统的故障测试方案.该方案以电子电气系统通讯网络和车内机电单元为基础,规划开发了一套测试方法:分别包括车载数据健康管理控制器,数据解析工具以及专家系统故障诊断.该方案能够用来支持车辆全寿命周期的各个维护诊断测试,并实现了车辆的故障诊断和健康管理需求.In order to solve the needs of condition monitoring and maintenance support for many complex electromechanical systems of special vehicles, a new fault test scheme for mechanical and electrical system of special vehicles is proposed. On the basis of conmmnication network in the electromechanical systems and the vehicle electromechanical units, the set of testing methods have been developed. The methods include the vehicle data health management controller, data parsing tool and fault diagnosis expert system. This scheme can support each maintenance diagnosis test in the vehicle lifetime, At the same time, the vehicle fault diagnosis and health management needs are realized.
