摘　　要：STY3840型薄壁塑件是属于平板类塑件,壁厚1mm,初始塑料原料为PP,若采用传统试模,流程比较繁琐,利用CAE软件可在设计阶段就对薄壁塑件在成型过程中可能产生的质量缺陷进行模拟并优化,从而大大提高成型效率。STY3840 thin wall plastic parts belong to plate type plastic parts, the wall thickness is 1 mm, the initial plastic material is PP. If the traditional model is used, the process is more complicated. Using CAE software can simulate and optimize the quality defects which may be produced in the forming process of the thin-walled plastic parts in the design stage, thus greatly improving the forming efficiency.
