摘 要:运用UG软件对微孔钻床自动进给系统进行三维建模,可以使零件的设计参数化、可视化,我们可以更便捷地实现对机械结构的设计与优化;同时,以ADAMS软件为平台的虚拟样机技术,可以针对微孔钻床进给系统进行动态仿真与优化设计,从而显著提高微孔加工效率与质量,降低成本且经济性更好,进而优化整个系统,调整机械设计的结构、精度和尺寸。Useing software UG to perform three-dimensional modeling for automatic feed system of microhole drilling machine,which can make the design of the parts parametric and visual, so that we can realize the design and optimization of the mechanical structure more conveniently. At the same time, the virtual prototyping technology based on the software ADAMS can carry out dynamical simulation and design optimization to the feed system of microhole drilling machine, thus significantly enhancing the efficiency and the quality of microhole machining, reducing the cost and improving the economy. In turn, the entire system is optimized to adjust the structure, accuracy and size of the mechanical products.
