摘  要:对一种新型冷轧变形钢筋进行金相分析和力学性能试验。结果与热轧圆盘母材和Ⅰ型冷轧扭钢筋作了比较 ,表明其抗拉强度、表面硬度比热轧圆盘母材提高了 2 0 %以上 ,而伸长率δ5 大于 9.0 5 % ,与Ⅰ型冷轧扭钢筋相比 。The microstructure and mechanical properties of a new\|type cold\|rolled steel rods are analyzed and studied with microscope and tensile machines. Compared with common hot\|rolled low carbon steel wire rods and I\|type cold\|rolled and twisted bars,the tensile strength and surface hardness of the new\|type cold\|rolling steel rod are enhanced by 20%more than that of common hot\|rolled low carbon steel wire rods. Its ductility is iucreased by more than 9.05%, which is better than that of I\|type cold\|rolled and twisted bars.
