鼻内镜下改良三线减张法和改良鼻中隔矫正术在鼻中隔偏曲治疗中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下改良三线减张法和改良鼻中隔矫正术在鼻中隔偏曲治疗中的临床效果。方法 60例鼻中隔偏曲患者,依据手术方式不同分为改良三线减张法组和改良鼻中隔矫正术组,各30例。比较两组手术时间、出血量、黏膜损伤情况及并发症发生率、治疗满意度。结果改良三线减张法组的手术时间短于改良鼻中隔矫正术组,出血量及黏膜损伤发生率均少于改良鼻中隔矫正术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。改良三线减张法组治疗满意度为96.7%,高于改良鼻中隔矫正术组的80.0%,并发症发生率0少于改良鼻中隔矫正术组的13.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下改良三线减张法治疗鼻中隔偏曲创伤小,耗时少,满意度高,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified three-line tension reduction method under nasal endoscope and modified nasal septum correction in the treatment of nasal septum deviation. Methods A total of 60 patients with nasal septum deviation were divided into modified three-line tension reduction method group and modified nasal septum correction group according to the different methods of surgery, 30 cases in each group. The operative time, hemorrhage volume, mucosal injury, complication rate and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The operative time of modified three-line tension reduction method group was significantly shorter than that of modified nasal septum correction group, the hemorrhage volume was significantly less than that of modified nasal septum correction group, the incidence of mucosal injury was significantly lower than that of modified nasal septum correction group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The treatment satisfaction of modified three-line tension reduction method group was 96.7%, which was significantly higher than 80.0% of modified nasal septum correction group, the incidence of complications was 0, which was significantly lower than 13.3% of modified nasal septum correction group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified three-line tension reduction method under nasal endoscope for nasal septum deviation with less trauma, less time-consuming, high satisfaction and fewer complications, is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
