他克莫司软膏治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的应用疗效观察及评估

摘　　要：目的研究分析他克莫司软膏治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的临床治疗效果。方法 60例糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者,根据患者就诊顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者在每天早、晚2次清洁面部后给予强氧化离子水冷敷,观察组患者给予他克莫斯软膏取适量涂抹于面部。观察比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状评分,治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.7%明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者症状积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的症状积分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率3.33%(1/30)明显低于对照组的20.00%(6/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论他克莫司软膏治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎具有较好的临床效果,安全可靠可在临床中广泛应用。Objective To research and analyze the clinical treatment effect of Tacrolimus Ointment in the treatment of facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis. Methods A total of 60 patients with facial cortieosteroid dependent dermatitis were divided into control group and observation group according to the patients＇ order of visit, 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given a cold compress of strongly oxidized ionic water after cleaning their faces twice a day （early and late）. Patients in the observation group were given an appropriate amount of Tacrolimus Ointment to smear the face. The clinical symptom scores before and after treatment, therapeutic effects and adverse reactions between the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.7%, which was significantly higher than 80.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the clinical symptoms score between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the clinical symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33% （1/30）, which was significantly lower than 20.00% （6/30） in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tacrolimus Ointment in the treatment of facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis has good clinical effect. It is safe, reliable and can be widely used in clinic.
