摘　　要：卢德维希咽峡炎是面颈部皮下、筋膜下、肌间隙蜂窝组织的急性弥漫性化脓性感染,发病急,预后差,病死率高,治疗上以全身治疗及局部治疗相结合。Ludwig＇ s angina is an acute diffuse suppurative infection in the face and neck skin, fascia, muscle space cellulite. It is characterized by acute onset, poor prognosis and high mortality. The treatment is the combination of systemic treatment and local treatment.
