摘  要:针对现在石油化工装置布置紧凑、设计周期短等要求,标准节流式差压流量计直管段要求无法得到满足的问题非常突出。以孔板为例,比较分析了几种常用节流式差压流量计的结构、精度,着重分析对安装直管段的要求,从而提出了在紧凑型化工装置中较适宜的流量计选型。With respect to some requirements existed in petrochemical industry, such as compact structure and short period in design, the problem that standard differential pressure flow-meter cannot reach these requirements is prominent. In this article, exampled with orifice plate, several commonly used orifice differential pressure flow-meters were analyzed and compared in stricture and precision, and the requirement for installation of straight segment was emphatically analyzed, so that the appropriate flow-meter used in compact chemical construction was presented.
