摘  要:牵引术是创伤骨科治疗肢体骨折常用的技术手段,常用的牵引方法有皮牵引和骨牵引,且有许多与之相匹配使用的牵引装置。从18世纪以来,骨科领域出现了许多不同的肢体骨折牵引装置。20世纪50年代之前,这些牵引装置为肢体骨折患者带来了福祉,使其治疗得到了本质上的改善。但随着内固定装置以及手术技术的发展与完善,牵引术作为治疗骨折的方法已很少应用,大多时候仅作为手术的辅助手段。曾经在骨折治疗中扮演重要角色的牵引术逐渐退出了骨折治疗的舞台,现如今临床工作中已很少使用牵引术,患者也不愿忍受牵引过程中长时间卧床以及牵引的各种并发症。虽然目前肢体骨折主要以手术治疗为主,但是牵引的优点和重要性不容忽视。本文就肢体骨折牵引技术历史作一综述,旨在更清晰地认识牵引术的优点及其重要性,让牵引术再次发挥其作用优势,更好地治疗患者。Traction is a common technique for the treatment of limb fractures in orthopedics trauma. The commonly used traction methods include skin traction and skeletal traction,which have many phase matching traction devices. Since the 1700 s,many traction devices with different functions had been developed for the treatment of limb fractures in orthopedics. Before the 1950 s,these traction devices brought benefits to patients with limb fractures,and essentially improved their treatment. However,with the development and improvement of internal fixation devices and surgical techniques,traction has rarely been used just as a treatment method for fractures,and most of them are only used as auxiliary means of surgery. Traction that once played an important role in the treatment of fracture has gradually withdrawn from the stage of fracture treatment. Nowadays,traction is rarely used in clinical practice,and patients are not willing to endure various complications of traction and prolonged bed rest during the traction. Although the current surgery is mainly treatment of limb fractures,the advantages and importance of traction can not be ignored. This article reviews the history of traction technique for limb fracture in order to more clearly recognize the advantages and importance of traction and make traction technology better to treat patients.
