摘 要:讨论了间隔层填充气体厚度及种类、表面辐射率及放置位置等因素对中空玻璃的影响,设计了几款低传热中空玻璃的结构,并结合相关标准要求对其光热性能进行了计算和对比。结果表明:同种气体的最低传热系数随着气层两侧温差增大而增大,对应的气层临界厚度随之减小;采用氪气填充可获得更低传热系数,同时气层临界厚度更小;单腔结构中空玻璃的镀膜玻璃宜作为室外片使用,且不推荐采用双膜配置;气体填充单腔中空玻璃几无可能实现传热系数U≤0.8W/m^2·K;要获得满足严寒地区指标要求的制品,应采用高透单银Low-E膜而非双银或三银。The influence of the thickness and type of filling gas, the surface emissivity and placement position on the insulating glass was discussed. The structure of several insulating glasses with low-ther- mal conductivity was designed and the photo-thermal properties were calculated and compared with the requirements of relevant standards. The results show that, when the temperature difference between the gas layers on both sides inereases, the minimum heat transfer coefficient of the same gas inereases, and the corresponding critical thickness of the gas layer deereases. The lower heat transfer coefficient and lower critical thickness of the gas layer can be obtained by krypton gas filling. The coated glass of sin- gle cavity structure should be used as outdoor glass, and double layer coated glass are not recommen- ded. It is almost impossible to achieve a heat transfer coefficient of less than 0.8 W/m2 . K in a single cavity structure gas filled insulating glass.To obtain products that meet the requirements in the cold re- gion, a high permeable single layer low-E membrane should be used rather than double layer or triple layer silver films.
