摘  要:虽然智慧梯调的概念和建设模式仍处于探索阶段,但随着梯级水电站的流域化、市场化、综合化的不断发展,具有智慧特征的梯级水电站调度业务新形态——智慧梯调,已成为未来水电站调度发展的必然趋势。在分析传统梯调和智慧梯调的基础上,基于智慧梯调的内涵、基本特征、总体架构和组成模块,探索了智慧梯调的研究思路,提出了建设智慧梯调需要研究和解决的部分关键技术,并讨论了智慧梯调的理想适用条件以及对技术人员和现有工作模式的影响。With the continuous development of cascade hydropower stations in the entire-basin,market-competition and comprehensive utilization ways,the intelligent cascade dispatching with intelligent characteristics has become an inevitable trend for the dispatching of cascade hydropower stations in the future. While,the concept and construction mode of this intelligent cascade dispatching is still under exploration. Based on the analysis of the traditional cascade dispatching and the intelligent cascade dispatching,the connotation,basic features,framework,and constituent parts of the intelligent cascade dispatching are introduced. Several key techniques in the intelligent cascade dispatching that should be studied are demonstrated. Also,the ideal operational conditions and possible impacts of the intelligent cascade dispatching on existing technical staff and working modes are discussed.
