摘  要:向家坝升船机屋顶网架采用正方四角锥螺栓球网架结构,整个网架结构复杂,重量较大,安装技术难度大。经深入分析研究,成功解决了大型屋面网架的拼接与安装、马道及防火涂料等施工技术难点,并有所创新,为类似大跨度、结构复杂屋顶网架工程的施工积累了宝贵经验。The roof truss frame of the ship lift in Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station is a square pyramid grid frame structure with bolted spherical joints. Installation of the whole frame structure is thus of great difficulty because of its complexity and large weight. Several innovative installation techniques are adopted for the roof truss frame and roofing works,which successfully solve the difficulties such as the frame assembly and installation,construction of the berm and fireproof coating. It could be valuable experience for similar projects with large-span and complex roof truss structures.
