摘 要:龚嘴水电站各机组增容改造后均存在空载运行时励磁机滑环摆度和顶盖振动较大、振动负荷区间较大等问题。利用机组振摆在线监测装置,收集3号机组2012年4月1日至7月30日的监测数据,通过稳定性综合分析研判,找出了机组振动负荷区及其原因。提出了对一些机组自身存在的问题应在下次停机检修调试时采取适当措施校正解决;低频涡带对机组摆度的影响通过尾水管补气等方式解决;缩短空载时间可以解决其顶盖垂直振动较大的问题。即通过机组检修校正、采取适当的运行措施和调度优化基本可以解决现有的问题。After the capacity expansion renovation of generator units in Gongzui Hydropower Station,instability problems such as the excessive swinging of the exciter slip ring,excessive vibration of the head cover,and large vibration load interval are found in the no-load operation. Based on the swinging and vibration monitoring data of the No. 3 generator unit from the unit online monitoring device,a comprehensive stability analysis is carried out to determine the reasons of those problems. For issues that are related to the unit itself,appropriate measures are recommended to take during the next shutdown maintenance. The excessive unit swinging induced by low frequency vortexes could be solved through air admission to the draft tube. The excessive vertical vibration of the head cover could be solved by shortening the no-load operation time. In summary,the existing problems could be solved by unit maintenance,appropriate operational measures or dispatching optimizations.
