摘 要:针对苏丹上阿特巴拉水利枢纽溢流坝底孔闸门及液压启闭机运行振动和噪音问题,通过现场试验,对引起振动的所有可能振源进行了逐一排查与分析发现,闸门及液压启闭机运行振动主要是由于活塞杆的粗糙度偏小,且因当地长期高温,液压油的粘度偏低,油缸活塞杆表面无法形成油膜而导致干摩擦所致。按1%的量加入液压油添加剂后,运行振动得到极大改善,在部分闸门开度下,振幅降低90%以上。In the Upper Atbara Hydraulic Complex in Sudan,abnormal vibration is observed in the bottom outlet gates and the hydraulic hoists of the overflow dam. Through the field tests,possible sources of the vibration are investigated and analyzed one by one. It is found that the abnormal operation vibration of the gates and the hoists is caused by the dry friction between the piston rod and the hydraulic cylinder. Due to the small roughness of the piston rod,the low viscosity of the hydraulic oil,and the local high temperature,oil film cannot be formed on the surface of the piston rod,resulting in the dry friction. Thus,oil additive is added into the hydraulic oil in 1% dosage. After the treatment,the vibration problem is greatly alleviated,as the vibration amplitude is reduced by 90% when the gates are partly opened.
