Profile铒激光微剥脱技术与微孔点阵技术治疗面部痤疮瘢痕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨微剥脱联合点阵激光技术治疗痤疮瘢痕的效果和安全性。方法实验选取44例22~50岁面部患有轻中度痤疮瘢痕的患者。随机分组后使用Profile铒激光治疗平台中的MLP^(TM)微剥脱和Pro Fractional^(TM)微孔点阵两个功能模块进行单一或联合治疗。治疗前后均拍摄照片,采用Photoshop CS5软件对治疗前后灰度值差异率进行评估。结果 44例患者仅在治疗后的3~4 d出现面部轻微红肿,5例出现轻微结痂,均在5~7 d后消退。术后随访1个月,均未出现色素沉着。受试者在经过治疗后肤质均明显改善,毛孔缩小,痤疮瘢痕减轻(P<0.05)。结论采用铒激光治疗轻至中度痤疮瘢痕疗效显著,且微剥脱模式在短期内即可见到治疗效果。微剥脱联合微孔点阵技术优于单一模块治疗的效果。Objective To evaluate the effect and security of MLP^TM in combination with Pro Fractional^TM in the treatment of atrophic acne scar. Methods A total of 44 patients with acne scar were treated with erbium laser by singly or combined using of MLP and Pro Fractional mode. Photos of the patients were taken before and after the treatment and the Photoshop CS5 software was used to evaluate the discrepancy rate of gray value before and after treatment. Results All the patients were followed up for more than 1 month and no obvious adverse reactions occurred. The acne scar of both groups（singly or combined using of MLP and Pro Fractional mode） were significantly improved. The combination treatment was more effective than MLP used singly. Conclusion Erbium laser is an effective treatment equipment for the treatment of acne scar, especially, the MLP in combination with Pro Fractional mode.
