中药滋补肝肾方联合308nm准分子激光治疗寻常型白癜风的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药滋补肝肾方联合308 nm准分子激光治疗寻常型白癜风肝肾不足证的临床疗效。方法共选取90例白癜风患者,按照随机数字表分为2组,试验组和对照组分别45例。两组均采用308准分子激光治疗,试验组加用中药滋补肝肾方口服治疗,两组疗程均为12周,对比2种治疗方案的临床疗效。结果试验组和对照组有效率分别为93.33%和68.89%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药滋补肝肾方联合308 nm准分子激光治疗白癜风临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine nourishing liver and kidney decoction combined with 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of vitiligo liver and kidney deficiency syndrome. Methods A total of 90 patients with vitiligo were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table. The treatment group and the control group had 45 cases respectively. Both groups were treated with 308 excimer light, and the treatment group plus traditional Chinese medicine nourishing liver and kidney decoction orally, both groups were treated for 12 weeks, then the clinical efficacy of the two treatment options were comparative analyzed. Results The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.33% and 68.89% respectively, and there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine nourishing liver and kidney decoction combined with 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of vitiligo is significant, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
