摘　　要：27岁男性患者,左耳郭散在红斑、水疱,伴疼痛4 d。查体见左耳郭散在红斑,其上可见粟粒大小丘疱疹;左侧额纹及鼻唇沟变浅,左上眼睑闭合无力。纤维电子耳镜示:左耳郭散在丘疱疹,外耳道肿胀,深部上壁近鼓膜处可见暗红色水疱,后壁簇集性水疱,鼓膜紧张充血。诊断:Ramsay-Hunt综合征。入院给予抗病毒、糖皮质激素、改善微循环及营养神经药物联合治疗,辅以针刺疗法后取得满意疗效,House-Brackmann分级标准出院评定Ⅱ级。A young male patient, 27 years old, presented with erythema and vesicular eruption on left concha with lightning and burning pain. The shallow forehead wrinkles, weakness of eyelid and flattened nasolabial fold on the left side face suggested the existence of peripheral facial palsy. Examination of fibro electronic otoscope showed that papulovesicles scattered on cavity of auricular concha of left ear, also with ear canal swelling, kermesinus blisters on superior wall near the tympanic membrane, cluster of blisters on posterior wall in the deep ear canal and bloodshot of membranatensa. Combination therapy of antiviral, glucocorticoid, microcirculation improvement, neurotrophic drugs and acupuncture, showed highly effective, and House-Brackmann classification standard discharge assessment of the patient was Ⅱ level.
