泛发型环状肉芽肿一例

摘　　要：61岁男性患者,躯干、四肢出现丘疹和红斑5年余。5年前患者躯干、四肢出现多个黄红色的丘疹和红斑,逐渐增多,部分融合成环形红斑,无自觉症状。组织病理示:真皮浅层胶原可见纤维蛋白变性、黏蛋白沉积,可见由淋巴样细胞、组织样细胞组成的栅栏状肉芽肿,并见多个巨噬细胞。诊断:泛发型环状肉芽肿。A 61-year-old male patient presented with papules and erythema in the trunk and limbs for more than 5 years. Five years ago, many yellow and red papules and erythema arose on his trunk and limbs, and some of them became erythemas annulus without symptoms. Histopathology： in superficial dermis, there were fibrinogen denaturation, mucin deposition, and palisade granuloma composed of lymphocytes and tissue cells with multinucleated giant cells. Diagnosis： generalized granuloma annulare.
