排石汤治疗肾结石的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察排石汤治疗肾结石的临床效果。方法将我院接受治疗的60例肾结石患者作为研究对象,分为对照组30例,给予常规西医治疗;观察组30例,在对照组基础上加用排石汤治疗,对两组患者治疗前后的肾功能相关指标、结石排出时间、生活质量评分(WHOQOL-100)以及临床治疗效果进行综合评价。结果观察组患者治疗后的尿B2-MG、血B2-MG等肾功能指标显著优于对照组(<0.05);观察组治疗后结石排出时间短于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(<0.05);且观察组治疗后有28例患者显示有效,占93.3%,显著高于对照组的70.0%(<0.05)。结论排石汤治疗肾结石,能够促进患者肾功能指标改善,促使结石快速排出,效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Paishi decoction in treatment of renal calculus. Methods 60 cases of patients with renal calculus were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Control group was given routine western medicine,treatment group received Paishi decoction on the basis of control group. The renal function-related indicators,stone discharge time,quality of life score（WHOQOL-100） and clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared after treatment. Results The renal function indexes such as urinary B2-MG and B2-MG in treatment group were significantly better than those in control group（P〈0.05）;the stone discharge time in treatment group was shorter than that in control group,the quality score was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）,28 cases of patients showed effective after treatment in observation group,accounting for 93.3%,significantly higher than 70.0% of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Paishi decoction can improve the renal function and promote the rapid discharge of calculus. It is worthy of popularization and application.
