摘  要:研究了平流层飞艇蒙皮膜材的撕裂性能.首先测得了膜材的单轴拉伸强度,然后对不同切缝长度和试件宽度的侧边切缝试件进行单轴拉伸撕裂试验.试验结果表明临界撕裂应力随着切缝长度的增大而减小,随试件宽度的增大而增大,但切缝长度的影响更加显著.基于修正的Shoji应力场理论和考虑内部缺陷的强度因子理论,通过试验数据计算得到了修正后的Shoji应力场理论参数和应力强度因子,结果表明理论值与试验值吻合良好.最后基于修正后的Shoji应力场理论,给出了飞艇蒙皮膜材的容许切缝长度.本文成果可为飞艇蒙皮材料的撕裂性能及切缝扩展机理的研究、结构安全控制和评估提供参考.The tearing properties of a stratospheric airship envelope material have been studied.Firstly,tensile strength of the membrane was measured.Then the uniaxial tearing tests of single edge notched specimens were conducted,with different specimen widths and initial slit lengths.Results show that critical tearing stress decreases with the length of the slit and increases with the width of the specimen,but the effect of the slit length is more significant and apparent.In addition,based on the modified Shoji stress field theory and the inherent flaw theory,the theoretical parameters are calculated through experimental data,including the modified Shoji theoretical parameter and the stress intensity factor.It is found that the theoretical values agree well with the experimental data.Finally,based on the modified Shoji theory,the allowable slit length of the airship envelope is given.Results from this paper provide practical reference to further study of tearing performance,slit propagation mechanism and structural safety control and evaluation for airship envelope material.
