摘　　要：传统聚居村落是历史和文化的记忆,是文化遗产的重要载体。都市建设与经济发展快速侵蚀着传统聚居村落文化的传承,使得传统聚居村落面临消失的窘境,传统聚居村落的保护与开发变得尤为重要和迫切。随着"互联网+"时代的到来,传统聚居村落的保护与开发现状并不客观,需要跳出传统思维,建立起基于互联网思维和技术的保护发展路径。文章针对"互联网+"时代传统聚居村落的保护与开发的研究意义以及现状进行讨论,进一步提出在"互联网+"时代,根据传统聚居村落的特点,从旅游规划设计出发,对传统聚居村落实现保护与开发。文章详细分析了旅游发展可能带来的挑战和机遇,并进一步讨论旅游规划设计的目标人群以及规划内容。Traditional settlements are historical and cultural memories and important carriers of cultural heritage. The construction of the city and the development of the economy are rapidly eroding the heritage of the traditional village culture, which makes the traditional villages face the dilemma of rapid disappearance. The protection and development of the traditional settlements are becoming more and more important and urgent. Along with the ＂Internet plus＂ era, the traditional settlement protection and development status of the village is not objective, need to jump out of the traditional thinking, establish development path protection and technology based on Internet thinking. This paper will study the significance for the protection and development of traditional villages inhabited by the ＂ Internet plus ＂era and the status quo of the discussion, further proposed in the＂ Internet plus ＂era, according to the characteristics of the traditional inhabited village, from the tourism planning and design of the traditional settlement villages to realize protection and development. The paper also analyzes the challenges and opportunities that tourism development may bring, and further discusses the target groups and planning contents of tourism planning and design.
